I purchased cans of locally-harvested tuna from a store near where were were staying in Todos Santos, Mexico. I brought the cans to a nearby beach, opened the lids and, with two part epoxy I’d brought from home, epoxied the can bottoms to rocks protruding from the water.  As planned, with some commotion the seagulls fed on the contents until the cans were empty.
