UNTITLED (bears, canmore, granite, golf ball)
This picture is painted on all sides of the stretcher. The impetus was to emulate a box (perhaps an empty one, somewhat unfolded for recycling, etc.). So the sides carry out the illusion particularly when viewed at an angle. The imagery can refer to interior and exterior clutter of a town that grows to the point of putting wildlife like bears in discrete places.
